The Reverend Gail Gateley, Rector
 Mother Gail has served as Rector at Redeemer since February, 2004. Prior to that she was Associate Rector at St. Anne, DeSoto. She is a native of East Texas and holds a B.A. in mathematics from Austin College and an M.A. in mathematics from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mother Gail received her M. Div. from the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest in 1995. She is married to Richard, an attorney, and they have 3 adult children: daughters Brooke and Heather and son Patrick and his wife Jana and their sons Ethan, Micah, and Grant. Mthr. The Reverend Joann Saylors, Curate Deacon Joann joined the staff at Redeemer in July 2010 after receiving her Masters of Divinity from the Seminary of the Southwest, Austin, in May, and being ordained to the diaconate in June. Prior to seminary, she worked as a financial systems consultant and CPA, and served at St. James Episcopal Church in northeast Dallas. Dcn. Joann grew up in Dallas, leaving to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a B.A. from the Plan II liberal arts honors program and a B.B.A. in finance and accounting. The Reverend Dr. C. Stephen Danzey, Assisting Priest  Father Steve has been at Redeemer since May 2007. Prior to serving at Redeemer, he was on staff at Church of the Incarnation, Dallas, and served as a Baptist minister for 18 years before being confirmed in the Episcopal Church. Fr. Steve grew up in Alabama and northwest Florida. He received a B.A. degree in history and religion from Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, and M.Div and Ph. D degrees from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. He was ordained a deacon in 2006 and as a priest on November 6, 2008. He has one son, Garrett, who is also a member of Redeemer.

Deacon Diana and her husband, Terry, joined the Redeemer parish in 2008. She joined the clergy team of Redeemer in January 2009. Deacon Diana was ordained in the Diocese of Nebraska. Jo Ann Howes, Office Manager Jo Ann has been the Office Manager at Redeemer since July 1, 2009. She attended Texas State University at San Marcos when it was Southwest Texas State Teachers College. Jo Ann also worked at and attended the University of Dallas where she met her husband, Robert. They live in Irving with two calico cats, Stratonice and BoBo, and attend Woodhaven Presbyterian Church. Her special interest is working with children, and she volunteered for several years in the Irving ISD, receiving the Golden Apple Award presented by Association of Texas Professional Educators. In her spare time, Jo Ann likes to read and bake, and with her husband enjoys visiting small Texas towns with interesting courthouses and cafes with good pies!
